Cancellation Policy

House Inspections: Cancellations within 48h are NOT eligible for a refund. Cancellations with at least 48h notice are eligible for a refund of 50% plus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations with advanced notice of 7 business days are eligible for a full refund minus a 50€ processing fee. Appointments cancelled within 48h of the booking time will be subject to a 50% refund plus a processing fee of 20€. Appointments cancelled at least 48 hours ahead of the booking time will be subject to a full refund minus a processing fee of 10%.
