We will help you avoid mistakes and traps and advise you on whether that property and location is right for you. In this session, Edmundo will explain to you the purchasing process and answer any questions you may have. What are some of the common traps to avoid and hoops you will have to go through, as well as the differences in the process in the Azores when compared to other places. You will also tell me what your goals are so that I can help you with achieve them, while avoiding properties that will set you back. This working session is a way for us to establish clear and realistic expectations about what the house purchasing process in the Azores entails.  We can delve into one or two properties you may have already looked at. This is the launchpad for our working relationship going forward. Based on the results of this session, we will send you a proposal for the cost and what it will cover, be it property visits, consulting time to go over properties you may be interested, discuss bids and prices, house inspections, legal and accounting time, etc. Payment is due before your session's start time.
